From
I-95 / RT 128 heading North or South:

Take
Exit #16A, which will place you directly onto RT 109 East.

Stay
on RT 109 East for approximately 2.5 miles, to the 4th set of
traffic lights--this will be a large intersection (Routes 109
and 1 - VFW Parkway).

Take
a left at the intersection and you'll see a large sign for the
VA Medical Center on your right.
