Jean Ball, MBA, MT(HHS), MLT(ASCP) Jean Ball is a certified Medical Technologist with over 30 years of experience in laboratory medicine. Before coming to the College of American Pathologists (CAP), she worked in hospital and clinic settings in every area of the clinical laboratory, in both bench technologist and supervisory capacities. Jean has also spent many hours in the classroom, teaching in medical technology and business arenas.
