"Communications - POCCs in a Leadership Role"

Rick Import, ESI Productions, led a spirited presentation on “Communication – POCCs in a Leadership Role”.	Throughout the presentation, Rick used volunteers in skits aimed at improving communication skills.


Here Rick coaches Janet Burckell on what one-way communication is like. Janet then tried to explain to the group how to draw a series of shapes without any questions being asked.		Another skit included a role-play between a POCC and device operator on the subject of re-certification.



The communication discussion provided the many attendees with tips and techniques designed to improve everyday skills.
