Learning Objectives:

At the completion of the course, the attendee should describe the following:

  1. Methods to maintain specimen integrity between reference analyzer and new device testing device.

  2. How to determine the ranges necessary to validate linearity for AMR testing.

  3. Variables that can produce preanalytical errors while performing precision testing.

  4. Three variables that should be considered when determining reference ranges.

  5. What elements are required to be in a laboratory POC Quality Program

This course is presented at an INTERMEDIATE level of instruction.
