Patrick Maul, Process Excellence Director at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics will present solutions to optimize laboratory effectiveness and accelerate results based on the principles of Six Sigma, lean thinking and design excellence.

His discussion will use Process Excellence as a road map for your lab for reducing medical errors, improving quality, and controlling healthcare costs.

Process Excellence includes Six Sigma and Lean Thinking.  Six Sigma is incorporated in the manufacturing process by many large corporations to systematically reduce error.
Lean Thinking delivers value at a lower cost by eliminating waste.  Waste is present in many forms in the lab.

Can Process Excellence have a positive impact on your laboratory operation?
Join us on December 4th and find out!

In addition to presenting the pillars of process Excellence in a concise informative presentation, there will be a Q&A session that follows.
